We use generally Deutsche Post for shipping. The package need between 4-14 business days to be delivered (depending where in the world you live!) We use quality and safe companies for our shipment because we want that you get your article as fast as possible and without troubles. We will send you the tracking number of your article as soon as we have posted your item. Nevertheless customs can slow things down a lot. We appreciate your patience.

* EXTRA fast shipping: We offer DHL service, depending on the destination the package will arrive from Berlin in 2 to 5 days. For the shipment to the USA it needs around 3 business days. Please ask for our quotes for the express shipping.

*We are not responsible for the loss, damage and/or delay caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, the buyer must deal directly with their local services by using the Tracking Number provided by us after the shipping.

*Note that there can be delays at busy holiday seasons like Christmas because of heavy postal traffic so its better to place the order in advance.

*It is the buyers responsibility to pay additional import taxes, custom fees, duties and additional postal fees associated with shipping for overseas after the item reaches their respective country.
